People with narrow feet would prefer the pegs I’m fairly sure. I feel like it can also be used on light trails pretty easily, which is a bonus if you want a do it all shoe. On the other hand, the Pegasus is a faster shoe and has some of that zoom foam under the ball of your feet. So I personally chose the ghosts as they’re my easy day and long run shoe (I can wear them for three hours without any aches or pains) while I could see the Pegasus getting uncomfortable after an hour of running. However a big difference between the two (I’ve tried both on a store treadmill) is that the brooks are wider in the toe box while the Pegasus hug your foot more. Brooks Ghost 9 has a significant heel-to-toe drop of 12 mm. They are suitable for different people with different preferences.

You can’t go wrong either way when it comes to durability. The flywire cables really help to lock down the foot. Somebody mentioned the Pegasus is super durable but the Ghosts are always extremely long lasting, with people using them for over 700 miles easily. Obviously this is mainly down to personal preference and your foot morphology.
